Returns & Exchanges
At KETTLER USA, we stand behind the quality of our home and leisure products; if you are not completely satisfied, you may return your purchase within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Items must be in new, unassembled condition and in their original packaging to be eligible for processing.
Request Authorization
Contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which is required for all returns to be accepted at our warehouse.
Pack Your Items
Carefully repackage the product in its original shipping box with all manuals and hardware included, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside of the package.
Ship the Product
Send your return via a trackable shipping method to our distribution center; please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians inspect the returned item to ensure it meets our quality standards, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
